I finally got Koritsu Hospital translated so...

When I turn the right, my thoughts become coherent but people have left me to my lonesome
When I turn to the left, I turn towards pleasant conversations that alarm me
I made my escape from this room and only my appetite will rise
What's in laughter? What's feeling? I think I'm here, now.

Isolation is a choice, I cannot rely on things from under
I add reason to resolution and then relax
I have merely pride. I can't do a manysided nothing.

I understand now, I tensed up in the center of the ever-busy corner.
I became honest ,and smart about things too, I realized I've always needed asistance
